On-Campus Interviews
The On-Campus Interviewing (OCI) Program is a core service that enables you to recruit and interview Mason talent. Before joining the OCI Program, please review the following:
- Only organizations that meet the Eligibility to Recruit Policy requirements may recruit on-campus.
- Organizations must be equal opportunity employers in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
- Organizations will abide by the Principles for Professional Conduct for Career Services & Employment Professionals
as set forth by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE). - Student resumes will be transmitted on the condition that parties outside of your organization will not be permitted access to those resumes without the written consent of the student.
- Third-party recruiters are not eligible to participate in the On-Campus Interviewing Program.
- Organizations must select their candidates during the Employer Selection Period as indicated on the OCI Timetable

Request an interview date
The On-Campus Interviewing Program is managed through PatriotJobWeb, our online career management system. Your organization can request one on-campus interviewing date per semester.

After your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your username and password. You may then log in to your account, go to "QuickLinks" and select "Create a New Schedule Request".

To schedule your on-campus interview date, login
to PatriotJobWeb and under "QuickLinks" select "Create a New Schedule Request".
