Our On-Campus Interviewing Program is a convenient way to interview candidates right on campus! Pick a date to come to campus, post a position, and review applicants all through HireMason. Spring season runs February 8th through April 29th.

Just in Time Hiring Fair

The Just in Time Hiring Fair is a great way to fill any positions that may have been added, changed, or remain available from your spring recruiting efforts. Employers attending this fair must have immediate job openings that they are looking to fill. The fair will be held on Friday, May 20.

The event will consist of a job fair in the morning, and if there is mutual interest, candidates can be interviewed on site in the afternoon.

Practice Interview Day

Raise your profile on campus while helping students with their resumes and interviewing skills. Schedules are available to students by industry so you will conduct resume critiques and mock interviews with students interested in your field.

Career Launch                  Workshop Day

This workshop day educates students on career topics while providing employers an opportunity to give back with the added bonus of branding themselves on campus. Each workshop is co-presented by an employer and a career staff member. Our next Career Launch Workshop Day will be held Thursday, May 19.

Education                        Recruitment Day

Connect you with aspiring educators! This recruiting fair is for graduating teachers and counselors and graduating BS/BA students interested in teaching. In the morning, discuss your employment opportunities in a job fair format, and in the afternoon, conduct screening interviews right on campus.

Non-Profit Industry Week

A whole week focused on the non-profit sector! Industry weeks feature events and workshops on how to gain entry into the industry and kindle professional growth. Non-Profit Industry Week will be held April 18 to 22.
