University Career Services serves as Mason's primary ambassador to the employment community. We work to develop strong relationships with employers who want to hire Mason students. The On-Campus Interviewing (OCI) Program is a core service that enables you to recruit and interview Mason talent. Before joining the OCI Program, please review the following:

• Only organizations that meet the requirements of the Eligibility to Recruit Policy
• Organizations shall be equal opportunity employers in accordance with all applicable state and Federal laws
• Organizations will abide by National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Principles for Professional Conduct for Career Services & Employment Professionals
• Student resumes will be transmitted on the condition that parties outside of your organization will not be permitted access to those resumes without the written consent of the student
• Third-Party Recruiters are not eligible to participate in the On-Campus Interview Program

Request an Interview Date
The On-Campus Interviewing Program manages all recruiting activities through PatriotJobWeb, our on-line career management system. Your organization can request an on-campus interviewing date each semester.

To gain access to PatriotJobWeb and request an on-campus interview date, you must create an account. Click on the link below, then register for a new account. You will receive a confirmation email with your user name and password. Log-in to your account and under QuickLinks select "Create a New Schedule Request."
