Using data from research firm Universum USA, it was found that 8 out of the top ten dream employers for undergraduate students recruit at Mason. These favored companies seek out Mason students through job postings listed on PatriotJobWeb, Mason's personalized internship and job search engine. Five of the top ten not only post jobs with Mason but also actively target students through on campus events such as the bi-annual job fair and on-campus interviewing. Among the top ten are Google, Ernst & Young and the U.S. Department of State
