On-Campus Interview (OCI) Program


 

The On-Campus Interview (OCI) Program offers a unique opportunity to interview for full-time positions as well as internships and co-ops. More than 250 representatives conduct interviews at Career Services during the fall and spring semesters.

Students meeting the following criteria are eligible to participate:

  • Undergraduate students graduating in the current academic year
  • Graduate students who have completed a minimum of 9 credit hours
  • Any Mason alumnus(a)
  • For selected internships and Co-op positions, undergraduate students graduating in the following academic year are eligible unless otherwise specified in the job description
First Time Users

All participants in the OCI program must complete the orientation requirement. Participants may either attend a 1 hour "live" workshop or complete the online version of the training program, which includes two training modules.
