  3. Complete a job search action plan
  4. Identify at least 2 resources to assist you in your job search

  1. Define the purpose of a resume
  2. Determine what information you should gather before drafting your resume
  3. Develop strategies for drafting your resume bullets
  4. Identify important formatting guidelines
  5. Identify resources to help you create your resume

This training module will teach you how to prepare for and successfully complete a behavioral interview. At the end of this module, you should be able to:

  1. Identify the five "must have competencies to demonstrate in your interview
  2. Identify and use the STARF method
  3. Develop questions for your interviewer
  4. Identify what to do after the interview

This training module will teach you how to research a potential employer in order to prepare for the career fair.

  1. The organization’s mission
  2. The employer’s values or philosophy
  3. The employer’s products orservices
  4. Available job openings
